Rhona C. Thurman passed away on September 30, 2017 in Richmond, TX. She was born on December 5, 1946 in East St. Louis, IL to Hugh and Marjorie Patterson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Miller Funeral Chapel, 7723 Beechnut, Houston, TX 77074.
