Kathleen Renee Gibson, born on January 21, 1946, left this world on November 13, 2023, to join her beloved "cabana boy" and husband, Gary Lee Gibson. Kathy was a force of nature, known for her sass, strong will, charisma, and unwavering confidence. Her generous and caring spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.
Family was the center of Kathy's world, and she reveled in the joy of gatherings, especially during the holidays. A culinary wizard in the kitchen, Kathy's meals were a testament to her skill and love. She had a flair for creating memorable moments that will forever be cherished by those fortunate enough to have shared them with her.
Her legacy lives on through her four children, Denise (Jim) Baldwin, Shawn (Chris) Gibson, Phillip (Becky) Gibson, and Bill (Carolina) Benton, as well as her 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, who will continue to carry her spirit forward. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Melanie Larson (Terry Brashear).
