CARRIER, Monica D., loving sister and friend passed away Monday, November 7, 2011. She was born in Tucson, AZ on January 22, 1945. Monica's career spanned 37 years with the Motor Vehicle Division and the Pima County Assessor's Office. Preceded in death by father, Elmer G. Carrier; mother, Woodie D. Carrier and brother, William L. Carrier. Survived by sister, Susie M. Carrier (Roy K. Hughes). She will be missed by family and many friends.
